Qualtrics support

Qualtrics is ISU licensed survey software. It is reached from both the OKTA and the More Sign-Ons pages or by going to the ISU Index > Q. Qualtrics is used to create forms for administrative purposes (applications forms, ballots), research surveys, online tests, and peer evaluation forms for courses. Limited support, training, and survey coding services are available from the Online and Distance Learning unit in the college (contact Karla Embleton, embleton@iastate.edu). Online help and training are also available directly from Qualtrics. For technical problems, click Help > Contact Support > Sign in with SSO > in the Organization ID box, type iastate > click Continue. This brings up a support screen with a variety of options. If you select ‘I have a different support request’, then specify that the product is ‘Survey Platform’, you will reach chat, email, and phone support paths. To reach training materials, click Help > Support Site > On-demand training.
