Help members gain greater independence in the community and at home. Creating behavior plans for each member, teaching life skills and self-care skills It can include passing medications and accompanying members to appointments.

Accomplishments

I was offered a full-time job after my internship because they valued my hard work.

Learning experience

The disparities in healthcare and in society overall for people with disabilities are often ignored, and they have a negative stigma associated with them.

What advice would you give?

Trust your gut with what you want to do and how you want to make a difference in such a cruel world.
