Learning experience

The greatest lesson I learned was that as S&C coaches we will have few times where our scenarios will be ideal, Therefore, it is important to be able to adapt and modify throughout along the path.

What advice would you give?

My advise is to get as much experience and education as you can. As well as, take opportunities without fear on being enough or not. You grow and enhance yourself by trying and learning from experiences.
