Responsibilities

I took over the scheduling of participants and the process of inviting individuals to come back to the study. Took over PAAS's email and answered emails appropriately. Prepared for testing waves as well as assisting the project manager by helping perform assessments and flow throughout testing. Took over other office tasks such as scanning paperwork, updating master documents and uploading to the cloud, and attending weekly staff meetings.

Accomplishments

I was given the opportunity to lead a testing date from start to finish; this includes giving the orientation presentation, setting up the individuals for the testing that would be conducted that day, answering questions, and directing the participants to their assessments. Everything came out to be successful and required minimal assistance from my supervisor.

Learning experience

Some of the greatest lessons I learned were understanding how to put my knowledge and skills gained during my courses into practice. Communication and networking with the people I worked with have allowed me to use and implement practical techniques and skills gained throughout the years. Communication is key to success in every environment; communication was one of the biggest factors that came into play during out testing waves, with proper communication between members, we were able to increase our productivity, efficiency, and overall engagement.
