Half of my day was personal training and then the other half of my day was running the office and cleaning the facilities. While running the office I answered the phone, called prospects, helped members, and signed new members up.
Getting to feel comfortable with personal training and wanting to continue with a career in it.
Always be prepared to change your workouts on the fly. There are a lot of times you have to switch an exercise up for your clients because of injuries or soreness.
What advice would you give?
Don't be totally against personal training, its a lot of fun and you get to build good relationships!
