Exercise Classes and Schedule
- A five- to ten-minute group warm-up that emphasizes mild dynamic movements, stretching, and other gentle activities as a method of preparing the body for exercise,
- A thirty- to forty-minute individual exercise phase, where each participant works toward achieving his or her desired fitness goals on the exercise equipment. The exercise leaders work with the participants, as needed or requested, to help them be successful, and
- A ten-minute group cool-down phase, where stretching is used to promote increased flexibility.
